A Snapshot of Your Day 

As the End-to-End Procurement Process Lead at Transformation of Industry , you will start your day with a strategic meeting focused on standardising procurement processes essential for achieving the company’s objectives and enhancing its competitive edge. You will align processes such as Purchase to Pay and more with the SAP S4 Project. Acting as the main representative for Procurement capabilities within TI, you will support the global rollout of the new enterprise template across four businesses, ensuring local business needs are communicated effectively. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that prioritises transparency, continuous improvement, and support while gaining insights from international teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

Ensure alignment of procurement processes and requirements within the TI Business Area, balancing enterprise harmonization with local business needs

Act as the main spokesperson for Procurement capabilities, providing
- depth insights into the TI Business Area

Design and implement effective Procurement processes that will craft the future operational practices of TI

Support the assessment of existing procurement processes and IT landscape to aid in project scope and planning

Serve as a product owner for procurement processes, ensuring flawless integration across various systems and handling Procurement capabilities across multiple rollout entities

Own the Procurement Key User Community, offering
- on support to local teams during rollout projects and driving the transformation of legacy procurement processes to meet evolving market conditions

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with extensive experience in procurement process and project management

Sound knowledge of Procurement processes, tools, and standard methodologies, in addition to proficiency in SAP R/3; Exposure to SAP S/4 is beneficial

Excellent analytical,
- solving, and communication skills, with a proven track record to innovate and adapt in dynamic environments

Ability to collaborate optimally with
- functional teams and stakeholders, building robust networks in
- national/multi-cultural settings

Consistent track record of driving successful Procurement process initiatives and achieving strategic goals
