Make sure relevant procurement strategy are followed. Monitors/Performs updates of support documentation. - day activities (process, escalation process, 4 eyes review etc. ). Follow/monitor activities in scope, and reports volumes, workload, and quality to Lead and Service Delivery Lead. Perform random check to follow quality and workload. Onboarding and training (in line with training plan) of the BPO Buyers. SME access (onboarding; offboarding). Day to day managing team expectations. Ensure customer satisfaction (collection, monitoring, reporting). Addresses any requirement from categories and informs/escalates to Lead. Ensure recurrent reviews with categories. Manages process controls. Day to day Quality management (RCA analysis, corrective measures). Leverage quality systems/process to ensure quality consistency. What will you bring? Good English and French language skills, written and conversational; Expert level Orientation in Procurement processes; Sourcing to Contract skills; Negotiations skills; Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or Ariba or COUPA; Mandatory experience in BPO, Procurement operations and People management.
