Qualifications
- Proven experience (10 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within Source to Pay area
- Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
- Very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment
- Extensive experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application
- Knowledge of BPMN notation
- Proven experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within expertise domain
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience with proven benefits delivered to other clients through different CI techniques
- English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
- Experience in client facing activities (i. e. workshops, presentations, training)
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions. At least 3 years of experience as the Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead / Project Manager
- Team/people management
- Ability to articulate the business case for change / implementation of recommended solution
- Proven Change Management experience
- Experience in selling and convincing clients for different type of process and technology solutions

Job Responsibilities
- Participate and/or lead the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding Transformation Consultants in successful development and submission of the project deliverables
- Participate and/or lead the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, e
Procurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar - Accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases
- Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance
- Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e. g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within or outside of the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
- Conduct Quality Assurance on the deliverables developed by other, junior team members
- Analyze data and information received from Client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations
- Interact with Client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities
- Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and
- sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen. Develop proposals and present them to clients - Support Business Services solution process, acting as a cross stream Transformation Lead or specific tower Solution Lead
- Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e. g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc. )

- Engage in the development of your area through operational activities such as: recruitment, Learning & Development, talent management, performance management and career progression processes
