About The Role

The Product Manager will lead the design of engaging,
- backed health mobile app programs that users love and stick with. From daily wellness routines to
- specific management plans, Elfie’s flexible program ecosystem supports people at every stage of their health

What You’ll Do

• Research health trends and user needs to inform program design and evolution
• Translate clinical and behavioral science into intuitive, engaging user experiences
• Collaborate with behavior scientists, health experts, and content teams to create
  - forming journeys
• Own the development of program features and experiences from concept to launch and iteration
• Define clear logic and ensure all programs align with clinical standards and mobile tech capabilities
• Own and evolve Elfie’s user engagement strategy across onboarding,
  - game, and
  - term retention to build lasting behavior change
• Design and optimize behavioral product loops such as streaks, coin economy, challenges, and milestone rewards to drive habit formation and motivation
• Integrate personalized
  - app communications (notifications, banners,
  - ups) into the user journey in ways that prompt action without overwhelming users

What You’ll Need

• Junior to Mid-Level: 2–3+ years of experience in mobile product management, with a strong track record of delivering impactful,
  - facing features.
• Senior Level: 5+ years of experience in mobile product management, consistently leading the development of
  - impact,
  - centric features.
• 3+ years managing a B2C product at scale, with a monthly active user base of 500, 000+
• Proven ability to own product development
  -
  - end from research to launch and iteration
• Proven track record with consumer mobile apps.
• Passion / strong motivation for the domain (gamification, wellness, health, medical)
• Analytical,
  - centric, and iterative in delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Product, Business, Engineering, or Health Sciences) is a plus
