Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and talented Product Manager with strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to join our Retail Analytics (RGM) team. Experience in data analysis, data interpretation, or pricing analytics is a big plus.

You will help coordinate migration of 200+ projects, validate data and dashboards through feedback and checks, and ensure documentation and communication flows seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Developers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Customer Engagement teams, and Users, supported by other Product Managers, and act as a key
- maker in accepting features from development teams.
Your work will be essential in bringing our product vision to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Coordination: Work with Project Managers to oversee and track the migration of 200+ projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Transform Requirements and feedback: Convert requirements and feedback into clear and concise Epics, Stories, and Acceptance criteria.
- Data Validation: Validate Power BI dashboards visuals, functions and underlying data for accuracy and consistency before client delivery.
- Testing: Execute tests using SQL or Power BI to confirm the data makes business sense.
- Evaluate Solutions: Assess proposed solutions (data transformation, methodology, business logic) by synthesizing knowledge into pros and cons.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure stakeholders have the information they need.
- Feature Acceptance: Test, provide feedback, and ultimately accept features built by the development team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
- Training: Provide training and support to internal teams and
- users on new features and functionalities. - Training & Support: Work with L&D team to prepare training materials and guide stakeholders through new processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth rollout and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant job experience in Product Management, Data Analytics or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating
- category or
- country projects.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- English fluency is required.
- Business knowledge to interpret and validate dashboards and data relationships.
- Familiarity with Relational Databases, SQL, Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of NIQ methodology or prior experience with NIQ data is an advantage.
- International work experience is an asset.
