You will report to: Marketing Director

Location: Bucharest. 1 day per week remote working possibility

Area of responsibility: The Product Manager will own and develop ROCKWOOL product portfolio across Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus.

This includes responsibility for driving product innovation, preparing business cases for new solutions and systems, coordinating with suppliers, and identifying new business opportunities. The role combines strategic business development with
- on market intelligence, ensuring ROCKWOOL remains the partner of choice in
- efficient and sustainable construction.
