Responsibilities Take lead of one of the platform’s value streams (product areas)Define the development direction of your area by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Manage, refine and maintain roadmap of both Web and Mobile platform
Manage and prioritise the product backlog in order to ensure work focuses on elements with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Create
- articulated user stories by breaking down complex features into small items with well described acceptance criteria, flows etc
Provide vision and direction to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure team’s alignment and clarity of priorities
Manage dependencies between your product area and other parts of the platform
Manage dependencies between Web and Mobile platforms to ensure consistent user experience and provided value
Ensure the product and features are properly document Lead agile ceremonies such as refinements, retrospectives etc
Cooperate with the development team throughout the whole software development lifecycle, starting from the ideation phase, through solution design and implementation to gathering feedback from the stakeholders Skills needed At least 3 years of experience working in the product development lifecycle on product related positions (eg. Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst etc. ) Knowledge and experience in Agile work environments (Kanban, Scrum etc. )Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps, creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc. Great communication and facilitation skills in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to gather information and user needs
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack etc. Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)You can work autonomously and are comfortable taking responsibility Nice to haves Work with
