What you’ll be doing:

• Gather business and stakeholder requirements — from
  - users to delivery teams;
• Proactively propose new or improved requirements to meet strategic objectives;
• Collaborate on prioritization with stakeholders and
  - create a roadmap to deliver value;
• Define and document detailed requirements for Agile delivery teams, ensuring incremental value;
• Measure and analyze value delivered, aligned with team goals and Agile best practices;
• Work closely with Agile teams, fellow Product Owners, and business partners to align product delivery;
• Identify and help remove blockers to ensure team success;
• Own the product vision, roadmap, planning, and growth opportunities;
• Keep product plans and calendars updated and use them as a strategic communication tool;
• Partner with the Scrum Master to manage team capacity and ensure Agile practices are respected;
• Manage backlog, iterations, and
  - user action plans;
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders when challenges arise.

What we’re looking for:

? Bachelor’s degree;

? Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Owner role;

? Strong English skills (advanced level);

? Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;

? Ability to think clearly and understand complex processes quickly;

? A digital mindset and passion for innovation.
