Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and functional analysis across complex digital initiatives. You will act as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, translating ideas and opportunities into clear, actionable product and platform requirements.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Translate business goals into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and
  - functional meetings.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and risk identification for new feature development or platform upgrades.
• Work closely with UI/UX, QA, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Create and maintain business process models and workflow diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw. io.
• Support product owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning.
• Contribute to product strategy by providing
  - driven insights and industry best practices.
• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements for platforms, APIs, or enterprise applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and product lifecycle tools.
• Experience in working closely with
  - functional engineering and design teams.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, use case analysis, and functional documentation.

What you’ll bring

• Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), APIs, or CMS workflows.
• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data validation and insights.
• Experience in enterprise Saa
  S, B2B platforms, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance processes, especially in finance, healthcare, or retail domains.
