full-time position in our Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Define and drive the
- term vision and
- term strategy for Edenred Mobility (fuel, toll, EV), ensuring a bold and
- proof product direction

Partner with Product Management and
- functional teams to execute the
- term roadmap, foster strong alignment with key stakeholders across countries and functions, and turn strategy into tangible results

Lead market and competitive analysis to identify trends, shape product positioning, and uncover
- impact growth opportunities

Define differentiated value propositions and product scopes across markets, segments, and applications - built on deep customer insights and
- driven understanding

Orchestrate
-
- market excellence - from product launches to enablement - ensuring flawless execution and measurable business impact in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Your profile:

Hold a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Technology, with a strong strategic and analytical foundation

Bring several years of experience in product marketing - ideally within a tech
- up - with proven success in driving product awareness and adoption across EMEA markets

Excel in product strategy, market research, competitive analysis, and digital marketing, leveraging insights to enhance positioning and lifecycle performance

Make
- driven decisions with ease, combining analytical acumen with strong communication and project management skills to align
- functional teams

Communicate fluently in English and proficiently in German; Italian or French language skills are a valuable plus
