Crews are supported by Chapters (Software Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Operation) and both Technical and M&C teams are fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.
Under the responsibility of Manager IT Operations, Production Engineer supports the company’s strategic and operating objectives through administration, management and support of technical systems that contain its operational and decision support information. Within SCOR IT Technical / Operations Chapter, your key function will consist in:

Key duties and responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Head of Production, your mission and tasks will be:
- discipline war rooms to resolve customer incidents as an L2 or L3 expert when circumstances require it.
- call L2/L3 support for production applications and services on weekly rotating basis.
Ensure compliance and deliver evidence as required to maintain ICS controls
