To enrich our Product Managment department of the Marquardt Group located in Sibiu we are looking for you as

Production Team Leader

Qualifications

Experience in a similar position of at

least 5 years;

Higher education in engineering;

Knowledge of MS Office and SAP;

Advanced knowledge of English - written,

spoken. German is an advantage;

Use of quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone

Chart, 5 Why, etc. ).

Responsibilities

Training, evaluation, coordination and

organization of the team, development and implementation of professional

development measures;

Production and material planning;

Adjustment of production orders and

realization of special programs;

Managing audit (expertise);

KPI management: defining, tracking and

ensuring the achievement of performance indicators. Proposing solutions for

optimizing the production process;

Analyzing the causes of defects,

diagnosing them, establishing their type and way of removal;

Recording, collecting, monitoring,

analyzing, evaluating and reporting data (equipment stations, costs, deadlines,

etc. ), submitting recommendations for solving, improving and optimizing

problems;

Document coordination: defining,

drafting, reviewing, displaying and archiving work instructions, manuals and

technical specifications;
