Job Title: Professional Services Coordinator/Project Control Officer

Reports to: Senior Director, Professional Services Operations

About the team

As a member of our Professional Services Operations team, you understand our professional services environment and partner with the business to manage vendor and contractor resources to ensure the highest quality of delivering customers’ expectations. You will be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of customer consulting engagements and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring all administration of contractor’s engagements are aligned, prioritized, and optimized to achieve defined business goals and objectives

Work with Professional Services organization to properly equip and onboard subcontractors and allocate resources to appropriate projects.

Provides visibility and transparency to timely and accurate information relating to companywide initiatives and contractor allocations.

Resolves issues, coordinates end to end contractor requests from management through the definition of statement of work, creation of purchase orders, and invoice approvals.

Provides status reporting through ongoing data analysis and cleansing

Document processes and identification of potential improvements in any aspect of the Professional Services Operations function, including developing project management best practices and working flexibly within organizational policies and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to team members through regular ongoing engagement to develop positive team dynamics.

Primary Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business and/or an equivalent level of education and directly related experience

4 years of experience in a professional services capacity, including experience with managing relationships with multiple vendors and contractors within one or multiple regions.

Demonstrates client service industry best practices and uses empathy to build collaborative client and vendor partnerships with multiple knowledge and skill levels.

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools and project development life cycles.

A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to solicit, productively discuss, and incorporate feedback from clients, peers and senior team members.

Demonstrate attention to detail and organization skills while managing conflicting priorities and timelines from customers and team members.

Technical aptitude for learning functional systems. Intermediate to advanced working level skills in MS Office products.
