We are seeking a Program Manager for our dynamic team in Oradea, Romania. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your expertise in account management within the subcontracting market, specifically in Cable-Electronics-Module Building.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities

Proven track record in account management, backed by a robust network within the subcontracting industry

Demonstrated strategic thinking and a conceptual mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit

Self-motivated,
- oriented, and capable of working independently

Exceptional social and communication skills. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including a strong command of MS Office (SAP knowledge is preferred) and analytical abilities

Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative

Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team. A passion for working in a production environment with an unwavering commitment to delivering excellent quality

Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages such as French or German is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction

Achieve operational objectives for existing subcontract accounts, including managing budgets, margins, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

Take ownership of customer relationships, including contract management. Enhance interaction, communication, and collaboration with the Business Development Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Operations team

Actively share knowledge within the organization and maintain accurate CRM-customer reporting in the database

Report directly to the EMS Director
