What you'll build
As a Project Associate, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), which plays a vital role in ensuring that the project team can focus on delivering project outcomes, while they handle the administrative and operational elements. Your support is crucial to the smooth functioning of projects, especially in complex or
- paced environments.
Project Setup, Monitoring, and Reporting:
- Assist in project setup, including forecasting, planning, and risk and issue management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, such as weekly status reports and snapshots.
- Monitor progress in MS Projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
- Conduct time recording checks and margin reviews.
Communication and Coordination:
- Schedule and document meetings, capturing action points and
- ups. - Prepare presentations, visuals, and status updates with inputs from PMs.
- Support consultant onboarding, interview coordination, and resource scheduling.
Deployment and Post-Go-Live:
- Track and resolve defects during deployment and

- live phases. - Prepare cutover files and support
- live communication and monitoring. - Compile
- learned documentation and ensure smooth project handovers.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics, Business or related field.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for coordination and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with diverse teams.
- Timely completion of tasks, accurate documentation, and effective risk escalation.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality support.
- Fluent English and Romanian, any other European language as advantage
