Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple AI data collection and annotation projects simultaneously.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members or contractors.

Essential

• Proven project coordination or management experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Multi-language skills a plus.
