Who You Are:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client operations, logistics, or roles focused on project execution and customer administration

Proven ability to manage complex operational flows and ensure high standards of client satisfaction

Strong understanding of the
-
- end order lifecycle, including
-
- cash and customer delivery coordination

External
- facing experience or exposure is a must

Proficiency in ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle)

Strong coordination,
- solving, and analytical skills

Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus

Comfortable working in a hybrid,
- functional, and multicultural environment

What You Will Be Doing:

Coordinate the
-
- end execution of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proactive communication with clients, dealers and internal teams.

Act as the operational liaison between customer needs and internal logistics, production, and planning functions.

Monitor order flows and anticipate potential risks, collaborating with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction through consistent
- up, transparency, and issue resolution across the order lifecycle.
