- end execution of qualitative research projects, managing both inbound and outbound studies across various qualitative methodologies. You will coordinate with external vendors and internal operations teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently - within budget, on time, and in line with quality standards. Additionally, you will provide guidance on international research best practices. Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate international qualitative research proposals across all methodologies, collaborating with operations teams and vendors to develop feasible and
- effective project plans.
- Source and negotiate with global services to ensure
- efficient,
- quality execution of qualitative international studies.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders understand timelines, deliverables, and study specifications.
- Support qualitative research project teams by leveraging relationships with overseas suppliers to facilitate communications, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Manage qualitative projects from proposal through delivery, including costing, setup, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting
- Provide
- level technical and operational expertise to business sectors on international operations processes and capabilities.
- Partner with research and operations staff to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on international qualitative research studies. Involve direct manager in resolution of complex issues.
- Ensure project documentation and tracking, maintaining accurate records and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Marketing, Sociology - preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within qualitative market research (is a must).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience working in a
- paced environment, with the ability to meet deadlines through effective prioritization and time management.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and
- making abilities.
- Ability to provide consultancy on international research best practices.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
