In this role, you’ll turn strategic initiatives into concrete outcomes, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving measurable progress in a dynamic international environment. You will take full ownership of projects that shape vida
XL’s corporate backbone, covering Finance, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate IT.

You will:

• Challenge stakeholders to define clear objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables and coordinate activities across departments to ensure steady project progress.
• Facilitate discussions, manage dependencies, enable fast
  - making and aintain realistic control over scope, timelines, and budget.
• Integrate privacy, compliance, and internal controls into every stage of delivery.
• Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working
  - implementation.
• Manage vendors effectively and ensure they deliver agreed outcomes.
• Evaluate project success through measurable impact and business value.

We ask:

• Proven experience managing complex,
  - functional projects within corporate functions.
• The confidence to challenge, prioritise, and maintain focus under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) is preferred.
• A structured,
  - driven approach to planning and communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, from executive to operational level.
• A pragmatic mindset - you deliver meaningful results, not just activity.
• Affinity with business systems such as SAP is essential, as it forms the backbone of our organisation.
