- on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.

Required competencies/experience :

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities, ideally in complex technical and multinational environments

Technical background and strong understanding of modern,
- based software products and/or space technologies, enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams

In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing, risk analysis, scheduling, work organization (e. g. , Jira, Atlassian) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances

Proven ability in setting agreements, drafting contracts, and managing partners and subcontractors

As a key interface with customers and stakeholders, you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation

Ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Delivery and
- oriented, able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure

Nice to have:

SAFe experience

PM/SM certification

Experience with digital transformation projects or working in
- up/scale-up environments

Behavioral skills:

You know how to work in a team, even remotely, and you have strong interpersonal skills

Dynamic, ability to solve problems and move subjects forward
