Scopul roluluiManagerul de proiect va coordona planificarea, execuția și monitorizarea proiectelor din divizia de prefabricate, asigurând respectarea standardelor de calitate, a termenelor și a bugetului. Responsabilități principale

Participarea la elaborarea ofertelor
- economice

Planificarea resurselor și întocmirea graficelor de execuție

Monitorizarea progresului lucrărilor și respectarea termenelor

Coordonarea echipelor de șantier și a subcontractorilor

Identificarea și soluționarea problemelor apărute în execuție

Organizarea recepției lucrărilor conform contractului

Decontarea lucrărilor și urmărirea încasărilor

Gestionarea relației cu clientul
- garanție

Promovarea imaginii companiei și identificarea de noi oportunități comerciale

Profilul candidatului ideal

Studii superioare în Ingineria Construcțiilor

Experiență relevantă în managementul proiectelor, preferabil în domeniul prefabricatelor
