Job Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure;
  
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
  
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;
  
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;
  
  
• Set up processes to ensure successful delivery;
  
  
• Successfully lead and lend expertise to motivate the development team;
  
  
• Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;
  
  
• Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team;
  
  

• Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects;
  
  
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
  
  
• Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes;
  
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;
  
  
• Monitor client satisfaction with services and team;
  
  
• Manage expectations and escalations;
  
  
• Implement Technical Excellence and Best Practices;
  
  
• Implement Process Excellence (Disciplined Agile) and Best Practices;
  
  
• Remove process bottlenecks and resolve issues;
  
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;
  
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;
  
  
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients;
  
  
• Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively;
  
  

• Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved;
  
  
• Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability;
  
  
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review;
  
  
• Manage team members’ compensation;
  
  
• Monitor and ensure accounts’ healthy margin;
  
  
• Manage resources and control financials;
  
  

• Launch teams and establish efficient PM processes for them;
  
  
• Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines;
  
  
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development;
  
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members;
  
  
• Consult, mentor, teach, coach, and grow the leadership of teams and clients;
  
  
• Ensure team happiness through 1:1s, career development, and personal development plans;
  
  
• Coordinate promotions within the company and with clients;
  
  
• Coordinate the recruiting process with the Recruitment team.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and
  - term projects;
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions;
  
  
• Experience working
  - functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
  
  
• Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
  
  
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;
  
  
• Strong team orientation, ability to maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;
  
  
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  
  
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
  
  
• Upper-intermediate English level.
