Project Manager (Management of Change)
Location: Bucharest, hybrid role, 2 days/week at the office

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Management of Change (Mo
C) to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across internal teams and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision,
- on project execution, and strong communication skills to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within a dynamic environment.
Tasks- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and partner requirements.
- Design and implement training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes and tools.
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and prepare for upcoming changes, building structured frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and
- facing teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and define improvement areas. - Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and impact metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and ownership of change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and organizational best practices in all
- related activities.
Requirements- Proven experience in Project Management and Management of Change within complex or
- scale organizations. - Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e. g. , ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training and enablement materials for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional, global, and
- facing teams. - Highly proactive,
- oriented, and adaptable to
- paced environments. - Familiarity with enterprise tools and governance processes is a strong advantage.
