The Project Manager – Procure-To-Pay (P2P) plays a key role in leading the execution of
- wide digital supply chain programs to enhance Emerson’s Procure-To-Pay capabilities. This role ensures that programs are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business unit needs while driving process excellence,
- functional change management, and adoption of leading automation, AI, software, and data management solutions. Desired candidate: experienced in supply chain program management, familiar with Procure-To-Pay processes, and capable of delivering tangible results across complex,

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the execution of
- wide Digital Supply Chain initiatives across Procure-To-Pay, Data Management, and Analytics to achieve measurable business results;

Partner with IT, Finance, and business unit stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and adoption of software, automation, AI, and data solutions;

Develop and implement strategies to improve P2P processes, policies, and workflows across the regional footprint;

Serve as the focal point for P2P technology solutions, collaborating with enterprise experts to leverage best practices in automation, software, AI, and data management;

Drive
- functional collaboration to standardize processes, ensuring a “One Emerson” approach to supply chain excellence;

Identify opportunities and risks to enhance processes, policies, and technology ecosystem, recommending improvements to optimize performance;

Support the development and execution of training programs to ensure effective utilization of standardized tools and processes across the Emerson Supply Chain community;

Develop actionable plans to reduce redundant work and manage change effectively through analytical thinking, influence, and interpersonal skills;

Communicate project status, risks, and recurring reports to leadership, escalating issues when necessary;

Monitor business cases, budgets, and productivity goals for technology initiatives within scope, ensuring alignment with roadmap and business impact.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or Engineering;

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Program or Project Management;

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with significant involvement in
- functional change management and IT initiatives;

Strong understanding of Procure-To-Pay / Source-To-Pay processes, policies, roles, and productivity improvement initiatives;

Proven
- solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities for coordinating across teams;

Ability to influence
- functional and business teams, with storytelling skills to lead change management initiatives;

Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities;

Adaptable to flexible work schedules, with occasional domestic and international travel;

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience in executing
- leading supply chain and technology projects;

Deep proficiency with Source-to-Pay processes, policies, and roles/responsibilities in change management;

Familiarity with cloud ERP / Saa
S platforms and S2P Master Data Management;

Demonstrated success driving adoption of automation, AI, or other digital supply chain technologies.
