In this role you will:
In this role, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and focus to a
- paced environment, ensuring projects land smoothly and deliver real impact. You’ll partner with senior HR leaders, IT, Finance, and external vendors, holding teams accountable while keeping stakeholders informed with clear communication and reporting.
Key responsibilities :
Lead the delivery of HR projects, including Workday-related initiatives, payroll, talent transformation, talent acquisition, and people services.
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and handover into service.
Perform business analysis: gather and document requirements, support stakeholders in shaping business cases, and translate needs into deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leadership, IT, Finance, and external partners.
Drive governance and structure across projects, ensuring clear plans, roles, and accountabilities are in place.
Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Produce clear, consistent reporting and communication for stakeholders at all levels.
Hold stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments while maintaining strong collaboration and trust.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure consistent project management standards and quality outcomes.

Experience in HR transformation or wider business transformation.
Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement).
Familiarity with Waterfall / Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with pace, focus, and accountability in a dynamic environment.
Brings structure, discipline, and clarity to complex or

Proactive and confident in driving accountability across teams.
