Contributing to Nobelbiz’s business growth by leading client implementations, having in mind both client satisfaction and business relevance.

Responsibilities:

Intake and active management of new client implementations by establishing and maintaining close relationship with customers;

Plan and manage projects with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates, as well as customer satisfaction;

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;

Reporting, documentation, and project analysis including pipeline, timeline adherence,
- mortem, KPI review;

Coordinate internal/external and facilitate task completion resources for flawless execution of multiple projects;

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements:

Project Management Experience/ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus;

Experience in a software development environment;

Integrity;

Customer orientation;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

Excellent
- facing and internal communication skills;

Ability to work with deadlines and with minimum supervision;

Familiarity with working with Gantt charts;

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
