Mission

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects
-
- end, ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.

This is a
- facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Lead
  - month,
  - functional projects ensuring timely,
  - quality delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust.
• Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams.
• Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Very likely you can be successful if you have

• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM), preferably in the public sector.  
• Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong
  - facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process.
• Agile mindset and
  - on
  - solving approach.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
