Job Title: Project Operations Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Order management
- Coordinate order management activities and track business targets.
- Manage Tier-e and installer orders, as well as utility project orders.
- Prepare forecasts, review quarterly and annual results, and ensure accurate daily reporting.
Department Coordination
- Support business meetings and
- related forecasting. - Assist in project initiation, analysis, risk control, and closure.
- Coordinate resources and communication between internal teams and partners.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update key account information and customer plans.
- Support client visits, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Track customer targets and prepare event or project summaries.
Compliance and Internal Control
- Ensure projects meet internal compliance and reporting standards.
- Conduct regular
- inspections and monitor performance. - Support transparency and accountability across all project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or order management, preferably in a technical or
- related industry. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in planning and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
- paced environment. - Good understanding of forecasting, project timelines, and risk control processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
Point, Outlook). - Fluent in English.
