A Product Development Manager leads a group of professional individual contributors to achieve operational results, helping them to establish goals, solve problems and work across the organization.
As the Proposition Manager, you will be accountable for the development of Propositions to meet agreed business and market needs. The role will involve working across Mercer teams on existing and new Darwin solutions, ensuring that the Proposition is robust and aligns with the Darwin Services and Technology Teams’ strategy and delivery capability. It will require working closely with your peers within the Propositions team and the CPO function.
This is a varied role in a complex organization, which will require the successful individual to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to a high professional standard.
