We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to own and drive the

- end testing strategy for one of our products or assets. You will work closely with a
- functional team, ensuring
- quality deliverables through a mix of manual and automated testing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in

- first culture, and enjoys shaping QA practices from the ground up.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and own the full QA strategy for an assigned asset or product.
• Create comprehensive and
  - structured test plans, test cases, and test data covering functional and
  - functional scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of user workflows, edge cases, and UI behavior across both web and API layers.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for API, integration, and regression testing using modern testing frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high code quality, early defect detection, and smooth continuous delivery.
• Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates ahead of each release.
• Track, report, and prioritize defects using
  - standard tools, driving continuous improvement in QA processes.
• Advocate for a
  - first mindset and mentor team members on testing best practices and root cause analysis.

Key Qualifications

• Proven
  - on experience in manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of test design techniques, SDLC/STLC, and defect management.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and Pytest.
• Ability to independently define and execute a QA roadmap for products or microservice ecosystems.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and test reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking, debugging expertise, and strong documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with
  -
  - end automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e. g. , JMeter, k6) and security testing methodologies (OWASP, Burp Suite).
• Understanding of microservice architectures and 12-Factor App principles to tailor QA strategies effectively.
• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers or establishing QA practices for new products or assets.
