Quality Assurance Analyst (with French)
We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst with French proficiency to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of our critical banking applications. This position offers opportunities in both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on delivering
- quality software solutions.
Working method: Hybrid
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to guarantee
- quality application releases. - Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing according to project requirements.

Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with development teams using tools such as JIRA or Test
Rail. -
Work with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.

Automate test cases using
- standard frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca. -
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Soap
UI. -
Actively participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily
- ups, and retrospectives. -
Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and regulatory standards in the banking industry.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software testing, with proven
expertise in both manual and automated testing. - Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with
- tracking and test management tools (e. g. , JIRA, Test
Rail). - Strong understanding of testing methodologies (black-box,
- box, regression, exploratory). -
Experience with automation frameworks (Tosca, Selenium, Playwright).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e. g. , JMeter, Load
Runner) is an advantage. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into Dev
Ops workflows. - Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and prioritize testing activities. -
Proficiency in English and French (minimum B1 level).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
professional experience). - ISTQB certification is a plus.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
