Job Description

SEGULA Technologies Romania is currently seeking a Quality Engineer who can work remotely. The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing and reporting all quality issues encountered by dealers regarding mass production vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Extract weekly data from the Quantic database, containing all reported customer issues worldwide, and forward them to dealers;
• Allocate problems based on severity and recurrence (PPM - parts per million) to determine the number of cases encountered per million parts;
• Translate all identified problems and determine their root causes;
• Prepare a weekly report on the identified problems and present it to various technical stakeholders;
• Facilitate the weekly meeting with technical stakeholders, where the identified problems and their severity will be presented.
• If technical stakeholders decide to retrieve a specific part associated with a problem, coordinate the retrieval process from the dealer;
• Perform monthly checks on critical problems and verify the effectiveness of the solutions implemented by the technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent
  - solving abilities;
• Effective communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and remotely;
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and quality control processes is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
