Responsibilities & Tasks

Main Roles are Agreeing customer specifications / quality data evaluation & development of test concepts

• Plan and execute AMANN QDA testing processes

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications

• Analyze quality data to improve testing and inspections

• Collaborate with customers to define testing requirements

• Act as a link between customers and internal teams

• Identify and report trends or issues in product quality

• Prepare reports with findings and recommendations

• Develop and update test/inspection plans in QDA

• Provide testing details to relevant teams

• Create and improve testing strategies for product reliability

• Work with
- functional teams to integrate testing

• Be available for periodic business trips

• Complete a
- month training program in Germany

Qualifications & Experience

• Several years of experience in the industry, preferably in the textile sector

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong knowledge of test planning, quality assurance, and APQP (preferred). Technical & Personal Skills

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex data sets

• Very good statistical knowledge

• Proficiency in data analysis and test planning software (QDA, Minitab)

• Good English skills for communication with international teams

• Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams

• Team-oriented with good organizational skills
