You ensure that all design and implementation activities are aligned with quality standards, with a strong focus on hygienic design principles, sanitation practices, and HACCP requirements, and their impact on overall product quality and safety.

How you will contribute

The Quality Project Specialist will act as the representative of the Quality Department in the quality projects:automatization, new NPD, CAPEX and any other projects requiredstrong quality support.

Part of the responsibilities will be as well Quality agenda related to FS, Quality and Sanitation
Mondelez standards, understanding of CAPA local and global system and ILS6 program.

The position requires close collaboration with
- functional teams (Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, and Sanitation) to drive quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle and as well to be strong part of the quality local team driving and support daily agenda giving visibility to the projects.

Being the Quality Department representative for projects, providing expertise and guidance on quality requirements.

Ensuring that hygienic design principles, sanitation standards, and HACCP requirements are integrated into equipment, processes, and system designs.

Assessing project deliverables to identify potential quality risks and propose preventive measures.

Collaborating with Engineering and Sanitation teams to align solutions with quality and regulatory standards.

Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements at the contractors during project phase.

Driving continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from previous projects.

Provide training and guidance on hygienic design, sanitation, and HACCP impact to project stakeholders.

By ensuring the integration of hygienic design, sanitation practices, HACCP principles, and robust quality standards, this position plays a key role in safeguarding product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, while enabling successful execution of automation projects.

Degree in Engineering.

Experience in Quality Management, Food Technology, Sanitation, or related field.

Proven experience in Quality Management within Engineering or Manufacturing projects.

Strong expertise in hygienic design principles, sanitation practices, and HACCP application in automated systems.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence
- functional teams and promote a quality mindset.

Strong analytical and
- solving abilities.

Please note this position is based in our Clinceni Plant.
