We are looking for a
- on and curious R&D Engineer to help us accelerate the innovation at Mailer
Lite. You will work directly with the CTO on
- stage ideas, involving rapid prototyping of new features and exploring
- edge tech—from MCPs to AI-powered workflows. This is not a

What you’ll work with

• Rapid prototypes: Build, ship, learn, test, and iterate fast
• AI & Automation: Explore and integrate AI tools (Open

• Tech research: Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new tools and bring forward innovative solutions

• Yearly gross salary: $50, 000-$84, 000

• Strong development background: Proficient in at least one major programming language.  We use PHP & Laravel, but for this position we expect someone stronger at Typescript, Python or Go. Language is not important as long as you have a proven history of adapting to new technologies and languages, and are not afraid to learn new ones as they come by
• Experience with AI/LLMs: We know that these tools haven’t been on the market for long, but we are looking for someone with practical experience using APIs like Open
  AI/Anthropic/Gemini
• API & System knowledge: REST APIs, webhooks, distributed systems design
• Fast iteration mindset: Ability to go from idea to prototype to validation quickly
• Curiosity and autonomy: You have a love of experimenting, are
  - driven, and thrive in a "figure it out" environment
• Familiarity with MCPs: We truly believe that MCPs are the future of AI interaction, and we have our own - Mailer
