Consists of an experienced and certified team aiming to deliver exemplary services to all spectrum of clients in specialized scopes of practice grouped in 4 basic pillars: Valuations, Asset Management, Market Research & Analytic and Technical Projects.

Specific tasks:

To verify the received invoices and deliver the necessary documentation for payment purposes concerning the Agency Department to the responsible department, on a daily basis;

To monitor the sales/ rents and deliver the necessary documentation for invoicing purposes to the responsible department, on a daily basis;

To ensure the consistency of accounting activities with signed contracts;

To register the offers for sale/ rent sent by the agents and to distribute the offers to the appropriate clients, if the case;

To prepare and send weekly/ monthly leads report to the clients;

To answer telephone calls regarding the department’s activity, give information to callers or directing the calls to the appropriate person, on a daily basis;

To register the calls and appropriate activities in the CRM platform used by the Department;

Administrative tasks;

To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the activity of the Company (e. g. KPIs, KRIs; Properties Status etc. )

To archive all documentation related to the performed activities;

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

University degree or proven experience;

Analytical and organizational skills;

Focus on completing the duties;

Command of spoken and written English is a must;

Computer skills – advanced knowledge of Office package

Team work player.
