Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently, courteously, and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operational Activities: Ensure that
  - in/check-out, reservation management, and guest requests are performed professionally, in accordance with procedures, but taking into account the needs of guests. Resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
• Handle Escalated Issues: Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns, ensuring the issue is handled effectively and to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage shift schedules, daily reports, and assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar hospitality role,
• Customer-Centered Attitude: A passion for delivering excellent service and a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff in English and Romanian.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a
  - paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with hotel management software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
