We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter, EMEA to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bucharest.
You will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the EMEA region, supporting business functions including Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities: Own and manage

- end recruitment for roles across the EMEA region.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and candidate success profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (Linked
In, job boards, talent pools, employee referrals, etc. ).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Ensure a
- quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
Minimum Requirements: 3–5 years of
- cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech, Saa
S, or Io
T environment.
Proven success recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and functions.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools (Linked
In Recruiter, CRM tools).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices in at least one major EMEA country Proactive,
