- starter recruitment professional who will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the region.

Location: Hybrid - Bucharest, Malta, Dubai or Sofia

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and placement.  

• Develop new client relationships, leveraging your own network and market expertise.

• Generate revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.

• Partner closely with the CEO to lay the foundations for our local team and future office.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Hireroo in your region, helping grow our visibility and reputation.

• Provide insights and market intelligence to help shape strategy, pricing, and growth plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally within i
Gaming, tech, fintech, or digital sectors.  

• An existing network of clients or hiring contacts that you can leverage from day one.

• A
- starter who thrives in a
- paced, unstructured environment.

• Comfortable working independently and motivated by results rather than micromanagement.

• Fluent in English knowledge of another European language is a plus.

• Based in Bucharest, Sofia or Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely initially.
