Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruitment process: searching, contacting, scheduling and conducting interviews, following up with candidates;
• Managing recruitment requests from hiring managers and adjusting candidate profiles accordingly;
• Managing various recruitment platforms, job advertisements, events, and initiatives;
• Collaborating with external recruitment partners;
• Managing communication with candidates, feedback, and offers;
• Managing the candidate database;
• Involvement in onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting the administrative function;
• Preparing recruitment reports for the human resources department and company management;
• Involvement in the development and improvement of human resources strategy, processes, and policies regarding recruitment.

Requirements:

• Experience with high volume recruitment projects, preferably in casino, retail, call center or similar industries;
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role - 2-3 years;
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
