Join Our Team as a Customer Desk Specialist!
The Customer Desk Specialist acts as the main logistics interface between the plant's supply chain organization and customers. They provide necessary information promptly and professionally, manage demand/orders, and execute shipment plans efficiently to meet customer demands while following internal processes.
What You’ll Do:
- up on recovery plans, and define actions to improve performance.
- specific requirements, and monitor customer satisfaction to define improvement actions.
- invoicing costs, and provide proof of delivery as needed. Support internal/external audits and fulfill other tasks assigned by the manager.
What We Need:
