The Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader – International, the Recruitment Leader CEEMEA will be responsible for the Recruitment in the Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) region and can be based in any of our CEEMEA locations and will be

working closely with regional business leaders to develop the talent acquisition strategy for the region

supporting all kind of recruitment and Executive level recruitment for the region

responsible for the Stakeholder management across the CEEMEA region, including senior management liaison

leading a team of cross segment recruiters (direct people management responsibilities)

The job holder will have the following further responsibilities:

Manage the overall strategy of the life cycle of the recruiting process and ensure this process is being consistently applied across the region

Identify and build relationships with top talent in the marketplace to create a diverse pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Support and drive the Inclusion and diversity priorities for the CEEMEA region by ensuring that we hire diverse talents

Manage direct reports, monitoring their work performance against recruitment goals and support with stakeholder management and develop recruiters’ skills and competencies

Support the Talent Acquisition Leader for the wider region “International” to establish recruiting goals and projections; provide regular reporting on overall progress against goals

Partner with relevant HR colleagues and Centers of Excellence to complete workforce planning and collaborate with the broader HR team on key priorities for the region, processes and tools

The Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in HR, but with sound experience conducting senior and
- level recruiting
- house (preferably gained within a professional services and fast paced environment), and a focus on direct sourcing

Knowledge of handling recruitment processes across multiple countries ideally in CEEMEA with strong understanding of the cultural nuances and legal requirements within the region

An empowering lead who has enthusiasm and collaborates effectively within a matrix organization with prior People management experience, preferably in a case where direct reports are based in a variety of locations

Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills; experience consulting with senior level management on recruiting issues

Excellent candidate management and assessment skills, preferably holding a formal qualification in assessment or interviewing techniques

Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to tell a story and set future strategy and strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly Sophisticated oral and written communication skills in English and French

Strong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities

Experience in utilizing a wide range of technology, tools and concepts in order to attract diverse talent

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field
