In the role of Country Regulatory Manager, you’ll be integral to the success of our regulatory and commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include securing and maintaining product authorizations, building strong relationships with local authorities, and providing strategic regulatory guidance to support both national and European initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving portfolio growth, and enabling our products to reach the market efficiently, all while collaborating across diverse teams in a dynamic, multinational environment.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

Could This Be You?

We’re looking for a proactive regulatory professional with a strong track record in managing local and EU registrations within the agrochemical sector. You’ll be confident working with authorities, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and providing strategic guidance to
- functional teams. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a multinational environment are essential. Advanced English and a life sciences background (MSc or higher) are required, with a Ph
D and project management experience considered a plus.
