Position Summary

This essential role involves acting as a key reviewer of
- generated content to uphold platform integrity. You will meticulously screen text, images, and videos reported by users or identified by automated systems, making quick, informed decisions regarding violations of community guidelines. Your objectivity and judgment are crucial for protecting the platform's user base.

Key Requirements

• Language Fluency: Mandatory native or advanced fluency in Romanian (both spoken and written).
• Business Communication: Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required for training and internal operations.
• Location: Commitment to working on-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Equipment: All necessary tools and technology will be provided by the company.
• Experience: While previous experience in content analysis or review is advantageous, it is not compulsory; complete training will be provided.

Shift Structure

We operate on a demanding schedule and require scheduling flexibility:

• Initial Shift: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00.
• Time Off: Two weekly rest days will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
• Future Planning: Be prepared for the introduction of an Evening Shift (13:00 to 22:00) as the platform moves towards a full 24/7 operational model.
