About the Role
We are seeking a talented specialist who will be an important support team member, supporting one of our largest partners and their fintech applications and platforms. As a Sales and Onboarding Specialist supporting our top fintech partner and brand in the EMEA region, you are driven, collaborative, and
- focused. You thrive in a
- paced environment, helping guide new customers through their onboarding journey while also driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads and conducting warm outbound outreach. You own the full onboarding process from discovery to training and handoff, and you support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, communicating value propositions, and achieving monthly ARR and MRR targets. You have experience in Saa
S, fintech, or B2B
- facing roles, excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages - German, French - a plus), and a consultative, proactive approach. You manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and you bring a high degree of empathy, adaptability, and professionalism.
