Job Description

The Sales and Operations Planner reports to the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning

(SIOP) Manager and is based in Cluj Napoca, Romania, focused on Europe Measurement

and Analytical business segment. This role primarily focus is to determine the Europe

market demand and build the forecast by working with multiple stakeholders and tools,

while making sure it is aligned with the company objectives.

Provide input to operations for a 12- month build plan and input to finance for expected sales.

KEY Responsibilities

Analyze historical data and backlog to make recommendations for Europe Demand Plan.

Evaluate product mix using available tools, statistical methods, Sales & Marketing, and Product Management input.

Support monthly build plan preparation for the European and global factories, review Demand Plan vs Build Plan with planning and production to identify any potential risk.

Provide input to finance for POR and financial reviews.

Coordinate inventory reduction and optimization programs.

Maintenance of the project funnel.

Use CRM to identify projects and include them in the Demand Plan.

Lead
- demand plan meetings where the Demand plan is agreed with Sales & Marketing and Product Management and the plan adjusted based on their input.

Upload the forecast and make necessary adjustments in Oracle Demantra on monthly basis.

Work closely with PMO and Sales teams to identify project demand.

Rollup SIOP Demand Plan and compare with POR, update the average unit price for
- models as necessary.

Analyze the forecast accuracy monthly.

Analyze and add supplemental forecast as needed to support large projects or unexpected demand.

Perform analysis and prepare reports as scheduled or as requested.

Proactively communicate and address issues with multiple functional groups (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain), propose solutions as needed.

Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Organizations to establish and execute new product introduction forecasts and materials plans to assist in managing product cannibalization rates and product obsolescence activity.

Other responsibilities or tasks including those related to Ethics; Health, Safety and Environment, Trade Compliance and Information Security policies that are within your skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. REQUIREMENTS, Qualifications & Experience

University Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Planning & Scheduling, Marketing, Project Management or Finance role.

English language skills at an Advanced Level (any other European Level Language would be an advantage).

Experience in working with multiple functional groups and internal/ external customers.

Good knowledge of the following Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel (building reports, pivot tables, diagrams, functions), Word, Power Point.

Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferable Oracle, Demantra would be an advantage.

Good planning, collaboration and communication skills.
