Sales Back Office Analyst
Your responsibilities
- Perform specific
- office sales activities; - Offers support for specific processes like: order processing, pricing, general costumers discussions;
- Process customer orders in SAP and deliver information to the departments involved;
- Introduce and compare price information received from customers with internal data base and create price overviews;
- Identify price irregularities following defined rules;
- Perform price differences (credit/debit notes)
- Check customer portals for updated information;
- Create invoices in SAP and provide them to customers;
- Create the connection between customer material and our own materials
- Continuous updating and communication with the team leader about current customer requests and open topics.
Your profile
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service;
- University degree
- SAP knowledge (modules SD, MM and FI);
- Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing) ;
- Medium German knowledge represents an advantage;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Accurate, rigorous and meticulous person with structured work discipline;
- Reliable and
- oriented way of working; - Planning skills, ability to efficiently organize activity, compliance with deadlines;
- Communication skills and
- oriented; - Automotive background is an advantage.
