What You’ll Do:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets, consistently identifying new business opportunities.
- Logistics Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to offer tailored solutions for clients' needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Use your sharp negotiation skills to finalize contracts and ensure win-win outcomes for the business and our clients.
- On-the-Move Engagement: Travel locally, covering at least 5, 000 km per month, to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.

- Logistics Experience: You bring relevant experience in transport or logistics and can navigate the industry’s complexities with ease.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
Driving License: A valid category B license and the ability to travel frequently are essential.
Education: A university degree that supports your experience and skills in sales and logistics.
