Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and an energized Sales Development Executive to join our SMB team in Romania. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients by supporting both the delivery process and sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the
  -
  - end sales development process (pre/post sales)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or complaints with a
  - first mindset.
• Analyze and interpret sales data + Nielsen
  IQ portfolio data
• Deliver final reports and presentations (category analysis) building a story and recommendations
• Assist the sales team with quote preparation, and client
  - ups.
• Contact leads to set up appointments for senior members of the sales team
• Make outbound calls/emails and call on
  - generated inbound leads
• Support invoicing and billing processes in collaboration with the finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably 2 years of experience  and proven sales results (Preferably in Market Research/ Sales/ Marketing/Trade Marketing) - Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales,  B2B 
• Native Romanian + good client service skills and ability to communicate and write effectively in English 
• The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate, and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence
• Proven experience in customer service or sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power
  Points (e. g. , MSD)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
  - paced environment
