OCS Consulting plc is a leading IT Consultancy with offices in UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland) is looking to recruit a permanent Sales/Lead Generation Executive. We deliver a range of services from IT Consultancy, Software Project Development and Application Support Services for our corporate clients covering Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing and Charity domains (including UN organizations).

The Sales/Lead Generation Executive role will report into the Business Development Manager and predominately be
- based with face to face monthly meetings at one of our offices (Horsham/Borehamwood) or Central London to meet with the Sales and Marketing Team.

Key Requirements for the Sales/Lead Generation Executive include:

Responsibility for the generation of qualified and quality leads

Using our Lead Generation tool to follow up on visits to our websites

Strong experience of using Linked
In and other platforms to make direct approaches either via Linked
In, Phone or E-mail

Build on current target lists for industry domains and/or and technologies

Creation of new target lists based on Company business plan objectives

Ability to research new markets to assist with developing new business propositions

Schedule meetings, calls and handover of prospects to business development team.

Essential:

Previous experience in Lead Generation within the B2B sector

Strong organisational/admin and Microsoft office skills

Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

Self-starter and equally happy working as part of the Business Development team and autonomously

Ambitious and keen to contribute to the
- going success of the company.

Our offer for the role of Sales/Lead Generation Executive:

Salary between £25K - £30K, depending on experience
